Hi @stelzch
I found a dew new bugs, here is the first one.
In Zotero, I have some documents which only have a PDF file, because they haven't been published anywhere.
In Zotero they only show up as a PDF file, and metadata download yields on results. They looks like this in Zotero (Third line with a PDF only):

Is it possible to make these PDFs listable and downloadable in Zotero - Browse as well?
I don't know how to forcefully create metadata for them in Zotero.

Thanks!

I found a way to create these drop-down metadata headers by hand. In Zotero on PC I clicked a green plus sign and selected document, then entered title and author. The dragged the PDF file into there.

After this KOReader's Zotero was able to pick it up after a sync.

In case this is helpful for someone else.

I think this is more about how the Zotero handles its database than the plugin itself. But as you already found out, the easiest way is to import them into Zotero in a different way.
